  • I'm very confident I can yes. I've seen what I'd say is every combination of pop-up difficulty there is, whether it's not landing in the right spot (a common one here is front foot too far back/to the side rail), stiffness through the low back, hips, knees or ankles, or just not being able to move fast enough from the upper body push to the swinging of the legs underneath. I use a range of strategies both in and out of the water to address whatever's getting in the way of your pop-up. It's usually a combination of a few areas, most commonly mobility, strength, speed and technique with varying degrees of one or the other. If you're struggling with it, I'm super confident I can help.
  • The program runs for 8 weeks with progressive phases designed to build strength and mobility safely but super effectively all guided by myself, and the land/in water strategies are woven through the whole program that we'll work through super closely together.
